Introduction
With the second generation of one of the best selling POS-Scanners, Datalogic has raised the bar yet again. The Gryphon D432/D412Plus has a 2D imager that combines high performance with the best ergonomics, making them perfect for a multitude of applications.
Equipped with enhanced optics for improved movement tolerance, the Gryphon detects even objects that pass the sensor at high speed. Its powerful wide VGA sensor and a 400 MHz processor provide an ideal hardware for high-load applications that require high throughput and performance, as often seen in retail or light industry.
An excellent omnidirectional performance in scanning 1D bar codes, GS1 DataBar codes, PDF417, 2D bar codes and Postal Codes, as well as decreased time-to-read are additional outstanding features of the Gryphon D432/412Plus. Even scanning of signatures and documents is not a problem for this device, as it identifies objects completely and independently of their alignment.
The patented Green Spot technology and an extra-loud beep indicate successful scans in noisy environments clearly, both visually and acoustically. Its targeting trigger makes aiming at the codes as easy as intuitive.
The D432Plus can be used individually and features a multi-interface (RS232, KBW and USB) that allows integration into almost any existing system. For special applications, the D412Plus imager is also available with a standard IBM interface.
