Introduction
The PD85XX uses professional megapixel optics (1,280x1,048 pixels) for omni-directional scanning of all commercial 1D and 2D bar codes, sequence codes and postcodes. The scanner can be used for image-based applications, such as signature and OCR scanning. The captured image is processed immediately or is transferred to the host in various formats (.bmp, .jpg, .tif).
Various functions enable users to process a complete image management even before the image capture using up to four presets: zoom, contrast, brightness and framing. A double-click trigger for aiming and scanning makes alignment even easier. Your customer can choose from models with different resolutions and scan distances - whether is it standard, high-density or wide-angle, the right scan-engine is available for every application.
