Introduction
The MS1890 Focus from Honeywell is an area imager from the new generation of scanners for demanding applications in industry and production. Its stabile housing, high scanning performance and powerful software features make the Focus ready to meet all current and future applications.
It scan both 1D as well as 2D bar codes and reads codes extremely ergonomically and quickly using the omnidirectionally scanning field. To meet the needs of its areas of applications, the new bar code pistol has a stratchproof window that provdies additional protection of the hardware and lengthens the service life.
Professional features like the patented FirstFlash technology and SwiftDecoder software guarantee excellent first read rates with the first flash of the LED, even for badly printed bar codes. Through the Code Select technology, the Focus scans up to seven bar codes simultaneously and makes subsequent selection of information possible.
The stable housing and lack of moveable parts helps achieve IP54 certification, allowing the MS1890 to withstand multiple drops from 2 meters height without diminishing performance. In terms of compatibility with existing systems of your customers, the Focus leaves nothing to be desired: the standard version, the imager has a multi-interface. If your customer subsequently adjusts their system, simply exchange the used interface cable for a new one. It is thus predestined for long-term, demanding applications in warehouses and production, as well as all of your customer's logistical masterpieces
