	Same advantages as Revolution ID Lite except the Pro version has no limit on the number of records you store in the data base.

• Captures photos & signatures with any TWAIN compliant device such as a scanner. A cropping feature allows you to scan many photos in one go, & then crop the relevant photo for each cardholder - a great time saver
• Uses your existing data without the need to retype: you can import from virtually any database via csv & text files, or import directly from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
• Captures photos directly via video for Windows (using web cameras etc)
• Multi-Images-Depending-on-Variables feature allows an image to be automatically printed depending on variables selected.
• If you have already taken the photos or captured the signatures a cropping facility means you can select exactly what you want to appear on the card, while the correct aspect ratio is automatically maintained.
• WYSIWYG onscreen preview of cards.
• Fully configurable text: any angle of rotation, font, colour, alignment & size. Automatic fit-to-space features changes text size to fit into a defined box
• Bulk import facility.
• Encodes over 20 barcode types, e.g. Codabar, Code 128 Auto /A/B/C, Code 39 - 3 of 9, Code 93, EAN-8, Extended 93, interleaved 2 of 5, MSI, UPC - (6 & 9 digits), UCC-128, UPC-A, Rotate, align, check digits.

• XML database means zero installation, no drivers are installed or registry entries made, so complete system & data back-up means only copying the files. Allows reinstallation on new machine in seconds.

• Encodes PDF417 barcodes for large volumes of data in a 2D barcode.
• Magnetic stripe encoding on any of the three tracks

• Insert into your card design any logo or picture from jpeg or bitmap files.
• Advanced DES-encrypted password protection & access-control on a per-screen basis. Restricts users to the screens they need. This feature can also be completely disabled if no security within the software is required.
• Ghost imaging facility: automatically replicates the photograph as a colour or black & white image at any size. This is a powerful security feature, making it harder to duplicate your cards
• Manual supplied in Microsoft word & PDF formats for you to print, distribute or use on screen.
• Shapes: draw lines rectangles & circles filled & unfilled any where on the card.
• Card wizard: use this tool to automate your card design. Cards designed using the wizard can then be amended using all the design tools.
• Select cards to be printed using variables held in the database. For example, all cards for the sales department.
• Revolution ID software can print cards out on virtually any printer using standard Windows drivers.
• Automatic system variables: such as a global card counter, a counter for each card produced & auto increment the person ID number.
• Extensive range of field types including the automatic system variable, date, selection lists, concatenated (multiple fields added together with user defined separators).
• “Green Screen” facility allows photos & graphics to be automatically cut out & overlaid on the background making copying extremely difficult.
