Introduction
With the desktop label printers of the 2824 Plus series from Zebra we offer you especially space-saving, user-friendly and robust devices with a high performance range. They establish a new performance standard for the desktop series from Zebra and are ideal for patient identification, labelling at the chemists', retail products and shelf edge labelling, as well as every other application that requires precise printing on narrow media.
Using the thermal direct process, the LP2824 prints at a maximum 102 mm per second using up to 60 mm wide labels. The resolution of 8 dots/mm (203dpi) and the expanded memory (4MB Flash, 8MB SDRAM – optional up to 68MB) guarantees quality printouts in milliseconds even with elaborate applications. In addition, as standard the Plus series includes the EPL and ZPL programming language, an automatic recognition of the serial interfaces, Unicode fonts, complete XML compatibility, and all OPOS drivers. The wide range of interfaces and the simple handling ensure integration with almost all existing systems and guarantee smooth operation without cumbersome instruction
